Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a cutting-edge treatment for individual and relational problems. Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic, and along with psilocybin and MDMA is being studied as a modality of modern psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Ketamine has the potential to enhance benefits of traditional individual and couple therapies by improving cognitive flexibility, perspective taking, empathy, and connection. Ketamine works by increasing neuroplasticity, the ability of our brains to create new neural pathways, which can translate into the ability to make changes in your thinking, behavior, and relationships that previously felt impossible. Prescribing Ketamine Partners

We partner with Journey Clinical and other medical prescribers to provide KAP to our clients. They provide your ketamine prescription and medical care, while we work with you on preparation and integration of ketamine medicine sessions. We can also provide remote guidance and support during your ketamine session. KAP is available for individuals, couples, or other pairs or groups of loved ones.

Reclaim Your Joy: Let Go of Dysfunctional Relationship Patterns and Build Healthy Connections

Are you stuck in distressing relationship patterns? Do you hold on to past hurts and resentments that keep you from moving forward? Are negative thoughts or feelings getting in the way of meeting your ideal partner and building your ideal relationship?

This ketamine-assisted group therapy includes 9 sessions of 90-minute, weekly groups and up to 6 optional ketamine medicine sessions. We will explore your values and set treatment goals, learn emotion regulation skills and self-compassion, and release attachment to dysfunctional relationship patterns and a painful past.
In addition, this program uses a community-building approach to provide accountability and support in making the relationship and behavioral changes you want.

All sessions are completed over video telehealth from your home. Anyone in California can participate in the program. New group members can join every 4 weeks.
